Owlbear, followed by Quintus, then Novius & Sieur Lucanus prototypes, an Ironbreakers cloak chain-clasp proposal, Hydrophis Schoolman's Oculus hat and sea-serpent staff for conducting Shocking Grasp, and finally a drooling beast inspired by
the "Prehistoric Animals" blog post over at Tony DiTerlizzi's site. (I had a lot of these plastic Hong Kong dinos when I was a kid, they staved off boredom at church and filled my imagination with their deformed primitive antics.)
